Module 1

Self Perception & ADHD Advantages

This module provided an understanding of where our self-perceptions come from, how our self-perceptions may limit us and how we can apply the belief system loop to set us up for success in the future

Module 2

This module provides information to help you develop personally meaningful goals, aligned with core values and key strengths. Also, the module emphasizes the importance of breaking larger goals into smaller goals and being able to define and differentiate short, medium, and long-term goals. By anchoring into your goals, you can derive the motivation towards a meaningful future.

Module 3

This module is an introduction to habits. The material provides a detailed understanding of what habits are, the importance of habits and how creating successful habits can benefit you.

Chapter 4

This module provides a strong level of understanding of the difference between outcome-based and identity-based habits. As a result of following the content within this module, you should be able to identify how you can create new identity-based habits in your own life.

Module 5

Module 5 outlines types of habit system we can audit, including managing emails, blocking time and distractions, and regular task and goal setting. The module provides instructions about how to effectively utilize and implement the habit system audit resource in your working life.

Module 6

The material in this module outlines the importance of boundaries and different types of communication which have an impact on your boundaries. The material provides examples of the types of communication and resulting common outcomes.
